I was really impressed by the whole experience—the staff working the check-in desk were so kind and enthusiastic, so it was great right from the start. The entire hotel felt spotlessly clean, and our room was no exception. Kudos to the cleaning staff who are doing a fantastic job. The location is right at the edge of Miller Hill, so it's a very quick drive to downtown and Canal Park—much faster than a lot of the other hotels on the hill. As a dog owner, I appreciated the friendly welcome that they received, as well as the good amount of walking space and provided waste bags. I skipped breakfast due to my schedule, but it looked like there were a number of options. It was nice to see that there was a gym and even though there is a pool, there was no overwhelming smell of chlorine as there often is in hotels.

The breakfast was very good. Enough variety for our appetites. My brother in law had the pancakes and was impressed. He said it was the best hotel breakfast he has ever enjoyed.

Location was back away from main road, bumpy and pot holes made for a risky drive. Snow piles made it hard to see cars coming when trying to get out on the main drive. Excellent breakfast! Salt water pool!

Very accomodating, organized, colorful, comfortable. Nice staff at reception. Very clean, quiet room with a comfortable bed. Everything was fine and worked.
