This hotel exceeded our expectations! Such a welcoming vibe, we got water and snack upon checkin, there is water fountain by elevator, coffee and snack pantry to buy. The reception was the peak!! Swings, pool tables and collection of games for friends and families to connect over. So colorful and many tables to just sit and enjoy! We carried out dinner and ate in the lobby area! Felt like a restaurant, plates, utensils, napkins, microwave all available there. The staff were attentive and helpful! So pleased!!

Nice updated room. Generally clean and well equipped. Ample parking. The free breakfast was ok - pretty basic, but much better in selection of cold food rather than warm. We opted for toast and yogurt each morning. Location was good for accessing town. Very good laundromat a block away so great for doing clothes in the middle of the trip.

Forget the eggs and sausage. Pancake maker broken. Thank you for the bagel and cream cheese and granola with milk. We stay multiple times a year and breakfast offering not as good this time. All staff (reception, breakfast hostess, and housekeepers )are very professional, helpful, and friendly.

Good location to get to most things in Duluth. Newer property with modern amenities like lots of charging points in room, lighting options and electric window shades. Breakfast options were good.

Enjoyed the breakfast. Appreciated the pool table and board games available in lobby area. All staff we encountered were friendly and helpful.
